In order to facilitate our services we collect data and information such as User’s name, contact information, documents and disclosures any other information which may be collected from the users as per requirement of the law, Experience Provider any The Outist may deem necessary for the provision of the services. This information can be stored on database or cloud server and other third party applications as The Outist may deem fit. Users have the right to access their data and ask for a copy over the email, they may also request to update/make corrections to their personal information to enable us to reach out to them better. Experience Providers must respect the privacy and security of the data of the users and must only use this information for provision of services, supply of goods and marketing of their products to users directly or through the App. Any other disclosure of User information must be made with prior written consent from the Users.
11. Content Curation and Ownership
We curate content on our own and also from various sources such as the internet. We give proper credits to the respective owners. Credits of the sources will be given at the end of the video or at the bottom right corner of the image used. We respect intellectual property rights and do not claim ownership of the content created by others.
